Lucian stood in the green light as the rest of his troupe came forward. None commented on the awe that Lucian had and instead studied the place for themselves.
Tee-Nee was ontop of Bok as the Lizardman moved himself to the top of the lizard, “Vermin are deep it seems. Possibly planning aboveground attack?”
“Would explain why they were expanding the tunnels above. These rats were planning an invasion.” Adok said as he placed a foot upon a nearby rock and looked out for himself, “They probably hit several of the tunnels above ground during their work and risked flooding their little base here, so they’ve been sealing parts of it.”
“Tee-Nee-Tyny finds agreement in Adok’s statement.” The Lizard said as he looked over, “There is not enough water to flood the place, Tee-Nee understands.”
“Well if we undamned everything they damned we might be able to cause some problems for them.” Pointed out Adok as he shook his head, “Hmm, if we broke some of their supports though I think we can bring the entire place down upon them?”
Lucian felt a moment of concern at those words that snapped him into reality, “Wait, won’t that kill everyone above?”
“Ha, there is no one above us.” Adok cheered as he took out a map and pointed at a nearby forest, “We are underneath this forest here. Its night right now so the only creatures that are above us are going to be beastmen as well. So its the perfect time to bring it all down! That is, if you think that’s wise?”
The Dwarf was asking specifically those words because he knew what Lucian was hiding. If they brought down the entire ceiling upon this place it would likely mean that the relic they were hunting would be lost down here.
But with the kind of relic it was would it really be buried for long? Especially if that cowardly vermin has it. The bastard might take it even deeper into the tunnels.
>Bring the Ceiling down!
>We hunt for the Warlord
