>>6044422Chuu Lee readies her own fighting stance, but that’s when the transfer of energy hits her. Reinvigorated, her blazing white aura erupts around her. She smiles, telling you, “Much appreciated, Izzy. Okay, let’s do this!” She bolts upward, into the energy hurricane, but actually starts using this borrowed power to, instead of fighting against it, take control of it! That catches the attention of the dragon, who opens her mouth and readies an unbelievably powerful energy blast from it.
“SPIRAL BEAM CANNON!” Raditz yells, firing his attack at a crystal located in the center of the dragon’s chest, the beam piercing through and out the back of the dragon. Hearts uses his Gravity Cubes to clamp her mouth shut before she can fire off the beam, then follows it up with a full power tackle aimed underneath her jaw.
“NOW! FINISH IT!” he yells to Chuu Lee.
She brings as much energy as she can to her hand, and calls out, “CYCLONE! DRAGON…!” She punches downward, and the energy takes on its own white draconic form. “FIIIIIIIST!”
It roars out and spirals toward its target, powerful winds actually pulling the true dragon up towards her. She hits the wound where Raditz shot out its crystal, with the white energy dragon twisting and coiling around the behemoth. There’s a moment where you see what… almost looks like an expression of acceptance on the face of the dragon, before your vision goes white.
You fall back, 19 catching you, with Sala stumbling backward as well, only to be caught by the sudden appearance of Hado. Zelos stands, though with a melancholic look on his face as he slowly brings his sword down. “…It is done. Yao is no more.”
Chiaotzu looks at him with sympathy. “I… that can’t have been easy for you…”
“Spare me that look, I know you have brought low three others.” he states bluntly. “It is not as if she did not prepare for this outcome.”
…He’s trying to be stoic, but you get the sense that he’s masking some real pain. You… also briefly catch glimpse of a weird, unpleasant look on Hado’s face, but it vanishes as quickly as you notice it. That’s two down, one that’s taken the chance to work with you, and one slain. Which leaves one left.
