At least start the foundations of a working relationship. Another plume of smoke was blown into your face. The girl chortled softly with rude satisfaction, her eyes still sharp. Tapping her ash onto the ground without any shame.
Standing you made sure to be looking down on her as you speak. Textbook social supremacy. "Well then, thanks for humoring me and answering all my questions. It was just awful talking to ya, have a nice day. I'll be seeing you later Kitty-kat." The girl watches you stand, furious glare returning as her lips twisted into a smirk before souring. She spoke venom. "I've filled my monthly quota for tard wrangling, so you'll have to bother someone else. Oh and by the way Morty, do the world a favor and leave the planet." As you turned she fanned her hand at you, shooing you away as if there was a smell left lingering by your presence.
You felt a little taller after your exchange retorts. You definitely hit her with a zinger. The other girls eyed you again, but you ignored them and focused on the two gamma boys. They were sitting further apart now, still throwing cards at each other. Now that they had you focus you could tell one was using a red deck and the other a blue one. Most of the cards were going astray as about two meters separated them. But occasionally one would hit the other. One was blonde and the other had brown hair, they were tall and both clearly muscular. You realized the girls might have been looking at them instead of you. Advancing you were unsure of who to directly address so spoke loud enough that they both assumed you were talking to them. "Hello the-." The blonde one interrupted you, talking over your rather meek introduction. "Didn't you get the memo Theta kid? Can't you see we are still in the divided and untrustworthy phase?" He spoke in a strange accent before throwing another card at the brown haired pilot. It missed.
Up close you could see the design of their pin. A coiled snake, fangs bared and tongue in the shape of the gamma symbol. "I'm Morti-." You start again when the other gamma interrupts you. "So did she tell you anyway?" Throwing his own card. He also missed. "Tell me what?" You answered a little confused by the laid-back attitude. Raising an eyebrow he eyes you somewhat suspiciously. You were almost at a loss for words. "Brother. Her bra size. What did she say?" A little stunned, you paused before replying. Your hope for normalcy diminishes slightly. "Oh she didn't say.'' The card throwing ceased as the two boys leaned forwards. "Looks like double A right?" All three of you turned, Katerina was back to reading her book. Or at least pretending to, because she quickly raises her middle finger as the others continue talking.
