>>5452694Surprising just about everyone, especially themselves, after a not so easy start with the roller logs that leads to the two falling, Angela and Penn actually make it through the rest of the obstacle course relatively well. Their strategy is a bit different, in just taking things easy and steady. The platforming, the (now-repaired) boulder, the clouds, and even the clowns are all handled at a slower but more methodical pace. The two even hug after getting through it all, though they break it quickly once that high of clearing the challenge wears off. Four points for them!
Hakka and Cheelai take Izzy and Tapion’s example, though instead of trying to make it look easy with a dance, they take things in a more creative route. Hakka shows off his ability to shapeshift and crosses the logs as a green-furred monkey that hangs upside down and lets Cheelai hang on below him, changing back and letting her take the lead with the platforming. The boulder is handled by Hakka shapeshifting into some circus performer on stilts and simply walking over it with her. The pair dodge their way through the spinning clouds, and Cheelai brings them to victory with an improvised grappling hook of all things, swinging them clear over the clowns and right on to victory! A stunning six points for Team Green, with even the Para Para bros cheering their team name.
Phantasma and Gohan manage to clear almost all the obstacles with ease, the ghoul using her form’s ability to become incorporeal to great effect. Still AVOIDING things, but sorta skirting the line by moving into some things to give Gohan an easier time dodging. Your brother mostly lets her take the lead on this, and they almost make it through unscathed…! Which is to say he and Phanty get overconfident with their little trick and he ends up running face-first into a clown right before the finish line. A blow to his pride, and an understanding look given from Monty and Lime. They’re awarded four points!
Hado and Erasa don’t fare quite as well, as while the young man does his best to actually try to bring them through… Erasa’s not exactly cut out for these kinds of challenges. The rolling logs and spinning clouds especially are troublesome because she can’t quite match Hado’s movements, with the blonde- and blue-haired boy losing grip twice as she flounders in those challenges. He ends up needing to more lead her through the rest than rely on her as part of a team. Well, better luck next time. Three points!
