The bowels of the ship became heated quickly as the crowd that was forming became agitated. Even the Bretonnians, each of whom were thoroughly bred to fear the Nobility, became almost willful as they heard such a clear accusation.
Lucian could not let it sit and made his step towards the fool, “You dare besmirch my honor Peasant!?”
“I only say how I see it.” Laughed the porky man as he kept that finger pointing at Lucian.
“Stop it you, and you stop moving!” The Captain said as he placed his hand on the sword.
“He defames me, see him doing it!” Lucian told everyone quickly, “See how he preaches my damnation.”
“Shut up Mutant!” yelled one of the crewmen as he took a bottle and threw it in the direction of Lucian. The glass shattered easily upon Lucian’s left pauldron into several pieces that danced across both the captain, the Skink, and the fool.
“Who is the fool who threw that!?” Lucian yelled as the flowing of magic came through his veins. Such a dismissing attack by his honor required retaliation.
Yet as he stepped forward the Knight realized that he did not see where the attack came from.
“By my orders as Captain, invoked by the Guild of Sailors, I hereby declare everyone here dismissed to their quarters!” The Captain shouted as fast as he could, “That includes you Knight!”
It was clear the man was not wanting to cause problems. Not when he knew for a fact there was at least one Runesmith on board who could destroy their vessel with a single stroke of his hammer. He was also not someone who was going to go against Lucian for something like glowing eyes, not when it was clear Lucian was of another standing than mortal men.
His crew on the other hand did not share the same sentiment.
>Take the chance to disengage
>Lets shatter this vessel
