There's also a matter of moving the Ikea back from the no-mans land given its rate of expansion, but behemoth "should" make it an easy task...if the Ikea mall's eldritch properties allow him to move it.
What else is there on the potential "to-do list"? I'm certain there will be certain daughters and other wandering characters that might approach us if given the opportunity.
