While the teacher is talking, Budimir, a classmate whose femsona is a skinhead girl, suddenly points his finger towards you and says loudly, "Aki's pronouns are, no doubt, she/her/hers."
Everyone in the class bursts out laughing, and you feel your face flush with embarrassment. You and Jaq are the only crossdressers in your class 1A, which is comprised mostly of violent delinquents. Despite their rough exterior, you are all strong in English, which is what landed you in this class. You and Jaq often find yourselves standing out in the classroom. However, they never single out Jaq, who is more assertive.
During lunch, you decide to sit with your classmates, to get to know them and get a feel for the atmosphere. You sigh and head to Jaq's table. As you eat your meal, you fill her in on your latest findings. "I think there are mechanical abominations, psionic pods, fast spiders, mimicry bipeds, and worst, hiding in the deepest parts of the hallways," you whisper.
Jaq looks horrified and asks, "How did you learn about these things?"
You pause before replying, "I've been exploring, and I've encountered those things."
Jaq asks, "If you encountered those things, how did you manage to escape and survive?"
