You’ve destroyed your fair share of Securitrons whether those be under the control of House or the rampant creations of Dr. 0 but you’ve never taken the time to break one open and look inside.
This is a perfect task for two of the more gifted Secretaries you have in Arcade and Raul. The idea is that Arcade will know what the innards are and how the pieces work together while Raul would know how to fix them. That was the idea at least.
The reality was different as explained over dinner one night.
Arcade starts by explaining how simplistic the interior construction and wiring of the robot is. This is why the Securitron itself can self-repair as there’s very little to get damaged on the robot itself.
The problems arose when Arcade didn’t recognize one single piece of electronics inside of the body of the Securitron. That is the root of the secret of the robot, it’s all made specifically for the Securitron which makes it nearly impossible to fix if parts are destroyed beyond repair and also makes it impossible to build without the exact manufacturing process House would have used.
As daunting as the challenge is, Arcade thinks that he and Raul made good progress and if given more time can crack the secrets of basic maintenance on these robot miracles.
Before leaving you to the rest of your dinner, Arcade ashamedly admits that he ruined one of the damaged Securitrons by completely disassembling it and being unable to put it together again. He is now using the individual pieces as test pieces for experiments and practiced repair efforts.
