>>5408499Given an even wider berth by the Flounder Feeder’s decline, the Shuffler has undergone a bold adaptation to maximize the few Lump Grazers it’s capable of catching. A smaller, third stomach attached to the previous two, moderately increases both the length and yield of digestion. This makes the Shufflers the proud owner of the most thorough digestive system in the narrow band ecosystem, although the nutritional benefit this provides to their predators is offset by the fact they no longer need to eat as often. Their population has increased by a slight amount. Despite this and their menacing rudimentary limbs, the Flounder Feeders have little to fear in terms of direct competition.
