"Wait! One last thing." Said the Bandit King as he turned to you. You saw from the corner of your eye your wives getting their weapons ready, making you proud that you'd successfully told them about the dangers of underestimating the opponent. "Those two bandits that were next to me were Willa and Rob, and they were with me since the beginning. I've thought about it, and if I'd known I know right now I would've reconsidered fighting you, John Doe." Well this was a nice bit of PR. "You don't know what you've got until you've lost it. I didn't. Maybe you will. I hope next life I'll see them again."
After a few moments of silence, then he was arrested by the guards.
Some of those in the Guild went up to you to congratulate you.
"Here's your reward." The receptionist gave you a large and heavy bag of gold coins.
(Gained 2500g)
"Is there anything else a mere commoner like me can, aah, help you with?" The receptionist seemed to choke a little from the tight collar around her neck, much to her bliss.
"Right." You recall what Ruby, Gerty, and Ayane had told you. "I also want to have my estate on your official records and turn in some corrupted bones from an orc boss enemy."
The receptionist suddenly had a serious look in her eyes. "Please follow me." And then asked you to follow her. As she was walking, you noticed how she had some chains dangling from below her dress, and her clothes seemed too tight to be comfortable.
Arriving at a table, she motioned for you to put the orc bones down.
"Cattleya," you continued "Take out the warped orc bones."
"Roight, guv."
Some people came by to check them with strange artifacts.
"Huh, these are real." The receptionist said. "This is actually impressive enough to let you and your wives to enter the Guild without an exam!" the receptionist guildwoman exclaimed, "And if your story is true—"
"It is true!" Bertha interjected.
"—then we'd allow you jump from F rank to C rank!"
Register into the Adventurer's Guild?
>Yes. (All of your wives will also be registered by default unless you choose not to) (Jump into C rank? Harder missions will be available)
>No.
>(Write-in)
Herta began to chat with the receptionist about "how glorious pain was" while the rest of your wives did different things: Ruby just took out a random book and began reading. Cattleya looked around. Bertha sat down to rest. And Mel kept stealing glances at you while pretending to walk around.
While the Bandit King was being dealt with, you went to talk with a nearby adventurer.
"Is she alright?" You glanced at the receptionist animatedly talking with your first wife, to the noticeable discomfort of the people around them both.
The adventurer you asked was a large man full of muscle. Bald and mustached, and looking at the proceedings with amusement.
