That particular period in your life is a blur. Years of prior bullying had transformed you into a passive wreck of a human being, the cruelest pranks and taunts no longer garnered much a reaction. It's so odd what caused you to start fighting back by beating the shit out of Araki. The trigger for your unyielding rage was a classic bullying tactic. It was so passive and tame compared to everything else you've been through; it is hard to understand why it caused you to snap so hard. It was a vase of white flowers placed on your desk and a 'condolence' letter of your death signed by your classmates. Hell, even the teacher signed the damn card.
Suddenly, like a flash of lightning, the idea of it all being your problem to passively and meekly accept no longer made sense to you. It made sense to make it everyone else's problem, starting with the foremost bully who made your life an absolute hell.
You took the flower vase off your desk and smashed it into his face. The shards really messed up and scarred Araki's face badly, you're sure those scars are permanent. The suddenness of the violence and sheer bloodiness of the attack shocked the rest of the gang of bullies that they couldn't react to your flurry of punches and kicks in time. It didn't matter that they did eventually fight back, you had the initiative and kept on punching. Pain barely registered, and their cries for mercy went unheard. After dealing with your bullies, you moved on to your fellow classmates who signed the 'condolence' letter and started punching them.
It took several teachers and students to put a stop to your rampage. You're stronger and more resilient than anyone expected.
