More and more farms and being established, either from previously abandoned or created. Lake Meade is used more and more for foodstuff. With the influx of investment, more and more wastelanders can afford food.

The explosion of agriculture and sanitation has begun to strain the irrigation and plumbing across the Mojave. There has been a noticeable decrease of the water level and the increased agricultural efforts seem to be to blame. There are also more “amateur water pumps” set up to feed growing settlements.
