For the next couple of days the seas of Totland became much wilder than usual with great waves of sugary water washing over several islands and doing unreal amounts of property damage in settlements with sea access. It was as if the water itself was suffering damage from the perpetual rampage and that reverberated to other islands. It was so egregious that several parties were sent to check out just what the hell was happening on that island. But the first scout team comprised entirely of homies simply disappeared and was never heard from again. Regular underlings of the Big Mom pirates were next but they had to turn back once they realized the waters were getting too wild as they got close to the island.
The only ones with any inkling as to what transpired there were the kids you took on a little adventure. But they proved to be a bit too unreliable as witnesses go since they were barely capable of seeing anything and got bored rapidly so they had to be shipped back home and thus were not present for most of it anyway. The only thing their siblings managed to get out of them was that "it was cool".
The truth is much less interesting than what anyone imagined was going on. Every moment of every day was split between three activities. Eating, sleeping and training, whether in an all out brawl, one on one or all against you. For those with less of a focus on direct combat such as Dexter, Lyda or Greki their training primarily involved the fabrication of new weapons and the improvement of their crafts. Only when the Queen Mama Chanter arrived, for no smaller vessel could safely approach the island, did you stop. Baron Tamago brings you an "invitation" in person, really more of an order from Mama to get your butt back home. But his expression when he sees both what you did to the island and your current state his usual calm and collected disposition gets compromised. You see his sunglass slowly sliding down his nose as he stands there with a teacup staying very still in his hand. It becomes apparent that he lost one of his eyes and is now surveying the devastation with the other one.
"Uh-Erm... Mama asked for you."
"The-the Vinsmoke family sent us a message. They are scheduled to arrive shortly. She asks that all of her officers make their way to Wholecake Island immediately."
You walk up to him caked in blood and filth to pat his shoulder.
"Okay. You can go now."
"Y-Yes. I think that will be for the best."
As he leaves you walk over to Will who's standing at the edge of the island, staring intently at the vast blue waters.
"Kekeke. He got so scared he forgot his speech impediment! Anyway. What do you see Bullseye?"
"Snails. The same kind we encountered with the buildings on its back. Dozens. They are merging together to form a castle."
"Neat!"
"Orders?"
>I say we give them a warm greeting
>Let's go to Wholecake Chateau
>Best lay low for now. We go to the island but avoid them. And Mama
>Other?
