"Heh. Well, looks loik this only made ye' tougher, lad." Seannsa smirked.
Spray Guy nodded, clenching his fist. "I've got to do what I've got to do! The rest of you have been doing so much... I got to back you all up! I won't let you guys down again and get cheapshotted like that! Promise."
Spray Guy's resolve seemed to brighten the situation despite how grim it was when the Mass Produced Demigods attacked.
"But also-"
"E-Ehhh....?!"
Suddenly, he was clinging to Seannsa and hugging her tight, threatening to drown his own eyes with the tears trapped within his goggles.
"THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR KEEPING ME ALIVE! I WAS SO FREAKING SCARED BACK THERE! EVERYTHING WAS ON FIRE! YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO DO IT BUT YOU STILL DID ANYWAY! I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGHHHH! I'M STILL PRETTY SCARED EVEN THOUGH I'M TALKING A BIG GAME!"
She blinked.
"...Oi... ye' big crybaby!" She sighed; "Stop squeezin' the life outta me! Ergh... There there, c'mon now!" She patted his head; "Dry ittit' up, we gotta move."
He was still only mortal. He had to get it out of him. He let go and shook his head. "Right. Sorry. Let's get out of here."
The area was abandoned. They would leave the campsite and go deeper into the woods, finding a cave or some other refuge to hide in for the remainder of the night. It wasn't safe to move until broad daylight had returned through the lunar illusion.
"....Snfft..."
Seannsa glared at Catastrovania; "Don't yew ev'n open yer mout'."
