<span class="mu-s">^ Number of Pikmin Lost</span>
After your little Pikmin army recovers the bodies of the lesser bulborgs and you pull the newly sown seedlings- you now have an army of twenty one Pikmin. Despite how many they are, they seem fully capable of following your commands, forming into ranks. They even line up to be thrown if you merely hold out your throwing hand. The little soldiers and yourself march to take on the final challenge here.
You ambush the sleeping Bulborg- the great spotted beast getting covered in the biting Pikmin before it even stands up. However, after a few seconds, it manages to shakily get to its feet and begin shaking your pikmin off- a fierce battle begins.
The pikmin are fierce and very brave, you'll give them that, but they are helpless when alone. The bulborbs mouth is large and can sweep up and chew several Pikmin at a time, and with a distinct crunching noise and a soft cry- you lose a pikmin. Dying in your service, you silently consider how you feel about that-
>Pikmin are expendable (low Pikmin empathy)
>Worthy sacrifice (medium Pikmin empathy)
>You feel bad; you want to protect all of their lives (high Pikmin empathy)
