No, no, nothing like that. You don't feel as tired and you can get more done. Very useful trick. Most trainees get to it after they kill the part of their own soul that feels tired and need emergency surgery.

Well, your body still needs to heal. Tiredness and fatigue are signalling processes. You don't recover spent energy by removing the fatigue. You refresh your limiters and your body can go on for much further, but unless you top of your reserves you are actively cannibalizing yourself. Best if you remember to eat and drink while doing it and then it works fine. Very useful trick on the march. You probably dont want to do it for more than a day or two usually, jsut because you might get subtle damage build up if your body needs to recover. Though there's patchwork fixes for that too, if you find a source of Life. Considered a bit of a crime though, filch-stealing vitality from the world around you to keep going. Though it's not like anyone cares if you dry out a few plants giving yourself a boost. Probably better that way around anyway, don't shunt the fatigue away, shunt some energy into yourself. Also there's the other thing.

Phridon points at a nearby enomous, towering pillar of solid stone. If you go putting all your sleepiness into rocks you have to be a bit mindful because eventually the rocks wake up.
