"It was a mess, really." Alexis smooths out the crumpled up papers. "But, yeah, read them for yourself."
There's about five different pieces of paper they managed to gather. You start skimming through them to see what stands out.
"Went to Ashley's after meeting with Max, she seems to be doing well. Tried to gather more extracts. Hard to get what I need in this District, might need to go to that warehouse for another shipment. Don't like talking to them, though."
"Tried to negotiate with them for another shipment. Told me I already owned them two thousand for the last one. I tried to explain that my Cleaner job wasn't working out. Negotiations went south. Need new supplier."
"Kept running into the warehouse guys. Friendly guys, really insistent on the money. Keep telling them I'm sorry, though. One followed me a long while. He chatted with me a lot."
"Anomaly hunting was a bust. Apparently, the Handler sent me something way about my paygrade. Damn crash test dummy nearly tripped my arm off. Running out of medication, NEED SUPPLIES NOW! Running out of money, missions are getting too hard."
"Tried talking to Roland and Weston. Wouldn't give me the time of day but told me to stay. Said something about corporate scum not being allowed. The men from the warehouse came in. Ran. Surely, Roland had a reason, right? Weston had to as well. I can still trust them, right?"
You put down the pieces of paper. He fell in with the wrong crowd and paid the price for it, huh? They keep saying something about a warehouse and some men who work there. Interesting.
You have one last thing to check here. You pull out your UV Flashlight and flick it on, casting the whole room in a haze of purple light.

Alexis covers her eyes while Lex stands there with a confused look. You notice that Lex's outfit is glowing a nice shade of blue in the light. Blood stains.
"Ah, right, I did give you that." Alexis lowers her hands. "You know, you can say thank you." She nods her head towards the notes she helped to compile. You give a thumbs up and a forced smile. You hope that's good enough for her. "Eugh." It wasn't. Oh well, searching time!
Your goal is to find anything that stands out in the UV haze...
>SEARCH CHECK: 25! SUCCESS.
First thing you notice is splatters of something on the door the three of you entered through, alongside a nasty looking crack. Seems like a scuffle went down at the front door. A few fingerprint shaped blobs of blood cling to the wall next to the door. Someone got their hand stuck.
A set of four footprints trail from the door over to the living room, where you three are standing at. Two sets of footprints leads to the bedroom while the other two head to the broken window. Four people total, one had to be Benjamin. So three other people came in.
You track over to the bedroom to see...oh. That's a lot of bright blue flooding the bedroom floor. That's...not good.
