<span class="mu-s">On one strange day, you've noticed that the environment around you appears to be a yellow ambient fog. You don't feel any different, but you've noticed some dark and strange creatures watching you from a short distance. As you try and approach them, they disappear and reappear from another distance, as if they were...playing with you. This keeps happening until nightfall, where things now seem fine. You've decided to discuss this event with your subordinates and fellow advisors, which they have experienced the same thing. What could this be?</span>
Depending on a specific action that you commit, you will gain +1 chu (up to 5 max). Gaining a chu will unlock a power you can use as a national strategy, but beware, the # of chus you have will reduce your overall attack and defense by 1 after you have used a chu (until you get your next national strategy). I will let you know if you've gained a chu and will tell you what it is in spoilers.
