>>6291177When Daniel returns, he's got an apple dripping with honey which is your cue to release Coolie.
He all but jumps on the apple and gnaws his way inside, before Daniel unwraps a blue wrapped sweet.
Coolie snaps it out of his fingers and before your eyes, he glows, though curiously, the apple doesn't.
There's a flash and when the light settles, Coolie has evolved.
He doesn't look immediately different, but as he hops out of the box the apple was in, you notice he's developed a long horn and a tail with a pair of thagomisers.
"Alright, let's get to it..." He says, clapping his hands.
Under Daniel's direction, you spend the next hour or so teaching Piker, Ayumi and Coolie the moves you chose.
Piker actually doesn't take too long to finish up with Water Pulse, the move apparently 'clicking' for him after this morning's practice and it doesn't take him long learning Chilling Water either.
Then again, with how cold the rain his, he probably picked up what to do during your practice this morning.
Ayumi meanwhile seems to be suffering from stage fright.
She gets the basic idea of what you want fairly easily, but the execution she just *cannot* carry through on very well.
It gets to the point where Daniel suggests you give her a break and focus on Coolie instead.
Which is how you wind up spending most of the hour, helping him learn how to use Dragon Breath and Dragon Tail, both moves he takes to fairly well when he's not busy bouncing around like a Bunneary, full of energy from having just evolved and happy to be spending time with you at long last.
When at last, he's worn down some of his restless energy and you return to Ayumi, she's composed herself some more and with some encouragement from you, backed by direction from Daniel and an example from Martha's Dragonair, she finally gets the knack for both moves around the hour and a half mark.
