It takes as much if not more work as writing an actual quest though, given you have to create world info and character/object entries to keep the output stable and rewrite the AI's text sometimes to make it sensible nevertheless. It is mostly used for coom, but I have a couple screenshots of the things the AI created that are interesting. picrel.
But yeah, apart from that, there's always images to be generated. Though they do take quite a lot of work as well from what I've heard.
