But instead of blocking him, you stretch your body, letting his kick go deeper and deeper into your chest, swallowing his leg up to the knee as his eyes widen in surprise. Before clenching your body around his leg, trapping him in place.
“Wh-What?!” he exclaims again, even more shocked than before. And with a snarl tries to kick into your neck, to push off. But you let his other leg sink into you, your body stretching around his other leg as well. “N-No way!”
“Now, let's see how you fight without your legs!” you taunt, launching a barrage of punches on his upper body. Which he tries to defend with his arms, but his legs are SIGNIFICANTLY faster and stronger than his arms. Which tells you he spends most of his training on his legs as well, taking them out of the fight means he can't fight back. But that wouldn't be much of a fight for Grand Zen-Oh, and finishing your combo with a powerful right, you release his legs, sending him flying back. Smashing into one of the pillars, leaving a crater his body is left hanging in. “As I thought. A one-trick pony. Who, much like a pony, gets put down when it loses a leg.”
“Tch! Bastard.” Basil snarls, pulling himself out of the pillar and dropping unsteadily to the arena, dropping to a knee.
“Hey, Ninth Universe! You'd better stop underestimating us!” Chaya calls over, her voice only slightly mocking. “You keep holding back, and the Ginyu Force will clean up your entire team by themself!”
“What? You DARE!?” the Kai snarls, you glancing over only to see the biggest of the three wolfmen speak.
“My lord, I'm afraid she's right about Basil.” the scarfed wolfman says, expression serious. “My little brother hasn't brought the full weight of his powers to bear. And I think that woman will be a difficult matchup, down the line. Hey, Basil! Time to bring out your secret weapon!”
“Hmph! Mind your own business!” Basil snarls back, then turns his focus on you. “Don't blame me if this kills you, pinky, but your teammate told me to go all-out!”
“You're finally done warming up?” you reply, smirking as you assume your new fighting stance, one built to optimize this body's strengths.
“HhhhhhhhhhhhuuuuuuuuUUUUUUUUUAH!!” he roars, aura blazing fiery up around him as the arena trembles. Still standing with his arms crossed, he raises one leg, condensing his aura around that one appendage. “Aaaahahahahahaa! Ready?”
But right as you start to reply he blurs forward, interrupting you with an upwards kick straight to the groin. Launching you up into the air, then kicking you in the back back down to the ground. Only to meet you with another kick, pin balling you around the arena once more.
