In the deepest recesses of Marine HQ is a dungeon devoid of all sources of light. No guards are stationed there for no security measures are needed. There in lies a cube shaped cell carved from a single slab of sea stone. Only a select few people may earn the "honor" of being locked up in there. Those whose sins are so grave and so plentiful that they don't even get a mock trial. Instead their sins will be read out loud for the public so none may have any doubt in their mind that the person responsible for those crimes deserves nothing less than immediate death.
The light of a lantern pierces the darkness as a pair of heavy footsteps can be heard descending the long flight of stairs. The person locked in the cell looks up, though she can only barely see from all the swelling over her eyes.
"Garp you old goat! Hey do me a favor and ask your whipping boys to hit my left kidney for a change. I think there is still urine in my blood when I pee."
"Mad Dog..."
"Mad Dog? Hahaha! Is that how you greet an old friend after so much time? Anyway let's make a deal! How long has it been since you've seen any action you old fossil? If you get those lads to ease off a bit I promise I'll make you feel good! And I'll only bit it half off!"
"You deserve everything that's happening to you now. You know that right? Those boys all lost friends and family because of you..."
"Nah. Couldn't have been me. I don't leave survivors. And if they were not there when I killed their friends then were they really that close?"
"Sigh."
Garp sets down his lantern with a heavy sigh and sits down outside the cell.
"I... despise you so, so much you wouldn't believe it."
"Oh give me a break-"
"Because thanks to you one of my greatest regrets in life is not killing a woman when I had the chance."
"Oh sweet! How do I rank though? Is it before or after you got the son of a man killed after he specifically entrusted the boys life to you? Or how about alienating both your son AND your grandson? Or that time when you watched like a gimp when some dogfucker punched a hole in your adoptive son?"
Garp punches the wall of the cell in his frustration. Eliza smirks.
"You know if I wasn't chained to this wall you could kiss your arm goodbye."
"Stupid girl! You ruined everything! Your actions are responsible for the state the world is in! Everything is in chaos! People live in constant fear all over because they don't know if their island will be reduced to rubble in the middle of the night! The number of orphans and widows increased ten fold across the seven seas! And it's only going to get worse as both sides keep escalating the conflict! So just tell me. Why? Why did you have to bring back Rocks?!"
