>>5817634However, as you look at your daughter's face, another one flashes before your eyes. The face of that young woman who'd nearly perished because of Chaya's actions. You see her mangled, broken face in your mind as you look down at her. Remembering the look on Raven's face after the Guardian had looked into her mind to see it broken almost beyond repair. And know that your daughter needs to try and make this right first.
“That doesn't matter right now.” you tell her after a moment's thought, your daughter looking up at you with confusion in her eyes. “You messed up kiddo. You really hurt a fellow Saiyan, so everything else can wait. You're going to go make this right.”
“What? You-You know where Radi is?!” she asks, eyes suddenly full of hope and excitement. Which quickly dies at your next sentence.
“No, not Raditz. But you need to confess what you did to Kaper.” you tell her, Chaya's brows furrowing. You clearly seeing that she doesn't recognize the name. So, decide to clarify, a hard edge to your voice. “That poor girl you broke to attack Raditz. You're going to go confess to her what you did.”
“Why?” she asks, to which you have to grit your teeth before you say something you may regret. Clenching your fists against the sudden surge of anger you feel at this, your knuckles audibly pop. Causing your daughter and even Meloka to flinch a bit back from you. Realizing that the ground is trembling beneath your feet, you take a deep, calming breath, sighing out slowly to get your power back under control.
“You attacked one of our own. You used your powers maliciously against her, if it wasn't for Chilli's allies you would have ruined her life.”
“I didn't ruin her, I knew Chilli could fix her when I was done!” she says back, sounding defensive. “I wouldn't have done it if he couldn't fix her!”
“That doesn't matter!” you shout, silencing your daughter and causing her to flinch backwards. “If someone tore your arm off to hit someone else, then gave it to Caulifla to heal, does that make it better just because you were fixed afterwards?”
“I, uhh, well...” she starts, wanting to argue against you. But she can't argue against what you'd said, thinking her points over but is unable to counter you.
“Regardless of what happened after, what happened to her was ENTIRELY your fault. So, now we're going to her, and you're going to confess what you did to her.”
“What? Why?” she asks, sounding slightly upset.
“Because YOU need to.” you tell her, your tone making it clear you won't tolerate any more backtalk. “Now, we're going.”
“Wait, now?” she asks as you focus your ki sense, searching for that young woman's energy. But then you find it, and with both Chaya and Meloka in contact teleport the three of you.
