Got caught up in something, sorry for the delay!
You nod to yourself as you determine how much you want, gesturing to the others.
"Load up as much as you can carry! It'll be a tight fit on the way back, but we'll make it work!" You say, getting an affirmative from Harum and...a clacking of the gripper claws, from Barbar. You and Harum look at him for a few moments, before it clarifies.
"Means ok." Is all he says, and you stifle a chuckle.
Together, the three of you start chipping and pulling away at chunks of the meteorite - selectively choosing only the most ore-laden parts of it that you can find of course, hoping to maximize your profit off this endeavor. After all, you really don't want to have to try to find this place again, given how out of the way and hard to find it is; you doubt you would have found it at ALL if not for the hints Fortuneteller Baba gave you. To Harum's credit, each of your suits has a pretty respectable carrying capacity thanks to not only the wide arms that can hold a hefty amount, but the hidden compartments on its body to stuff even more ore inside.
Once all three of you are as laden as possible, you bid the ominous meteorite farewell and thank it for its contribution. The three of you make the even longer trip back up to the surface, burdened as you are by your load...you're just thankful that in the case of you and Harum, you can just swim up the same way you'd fly on land. Harum had to add a hook to attach Barbar to the both of you so he could be dragged up, since he lacked the Flight to cheat the challenge - a fact which he grumbled about, especially whenever the line would get stuck on the plethora of random rocks jutting out of the walls, ceiling, and floor.
After a lengthy two-hour journey back up to the surface that feels MUCH longer to you, you finally breach the surface of the water and find yourself in the domain of any self-respecting air-breathing mammal. Having grown just a touch claustrophobic from the endeavor of being stuck in a tight suit in even tighter caves for such a long period of time makes you all the more appreciative when Harum applies his magic touch to the suits, banishing them in the same instant that rather large backpacks form around each of you. You do have to take a moment to scramble for the ore before it drops back down into the water, but it's a simple task when you're as fast as the three of you are. And Barbar has to call his Dark Nimbus quickly before he dunks back into the water, but that just brings some enjoyable levity to the situation.
Now wearing your backpacks full of hard-earned ore, the three of you shoot off towards your next destination: Papaya Island. You had quite a few things to do there, actually - not only is the next 'item' on your list one that can be found in the ocean near it, but you have an old friend by the name of Tento Mushi to catch up with...and you could quite easily make a forge somewhere to smelt the ore.
