You move to exit the 10x12 room, your highly powered limb actuators humming in time with your motions. You approach the exit door and grasp the handle with your dexterous manipulator. Your manipulators resemble human hands but are more mechanical in appearance, and far more precise. Every joint able to articulate completely independently, with speed, deftness, and range of motion exceeding those of the crude designs produced by biological evolution.
Your fingers find purchase on the door handle with such ease that their motions are almost subliminal to your perception. You turn the handle and gently push the door ajar, opening up to the rest of the apartment.
