To my eternal chagrin I left the Urgi too late without any sauce and now they're one of the most boring Monke races (imo). I would have at the very least liked to incorporate bird sexual dynamics or something so all the women are dour little frumpy wallflowers and all the men are bright effeminate crossdressers or something at least. They even have the "religious bird people who worship the sky" thing going on. Yuck.
