>>6232208Its more obscured since you took Officer rather than Scientist, and didn't take On the Field researcher as a bonus, so Sven is aware of exactly what is being done, but will be alerted when any research is completed/ reaches a certain point but without the quality/ bonus, Sven can't really start or influence the research directly outside of completing missions/ objectives/ capturing tech (Which will become optional sub objectives in the missions to come, IE shield gauntlets/ Camo fields)
