>Have everybody use Optical Camo and move past the bots. You had four to begin with, so this will consume all of it. It's a hefty cost, but it'll get you all past the patrolling servitors without spending any more time or taking major risks.
You realize before it's too late that you don't actually need to consume all four. Phascomon and Gizamon can hide in their Digivices. Normally, you'd want them out and active, so they could use their special moves— but Optical Camouflage is so effective that you can completely evade detection, so there's no point.
"I really wanted to save this, but..."
<span class="mu-s">"Now's the time."</span>
You nod in agreement and hand Ryan the file. He looks at it in surprise.
"You got this from uh, your other Cracker friend? The one Squid was talking to a bunch?"
"Yeah. It's expensive."
"I can't afford to-"
"Just use it. I'm the one who asked you on this mission, I've got to fork out supplies too."
He nods gratefully and prepares to deploy it, waiting for confirmation from you first.
"Hang on, wait till that next batch is in..."
The bots file into the room with several replacement parts. The both of you withdraw your Digimon, safely storing them in your Digivices as you activate the camo. You both become invisible immediately, and rush down the hall as quietly as you can. Once you get far enough away, you completely bypass the movement route of the bots who are doing repairs.
To make sure you don't collide while invisible, you hang on to his sleeve as you move down the hall. He stops right before a corner and clasps your wrist, stopping you from walking right into the path of several patrolling Commandramon. One briefly looks in your direction, but his yellow eyes pass straight through the two of you. Then he moves on.
Half your stock of camo is gone, but you've managed to clear the last bit of crucial distance. You can reach the Operating Theatre now.
You're faced with a small issue when you come across the correct hallway: There are several theatres active at once. You see a few red lights above their doors, denoting that procedures are currently happening in the external version of the Hospital. Entering those will definitely send up warnings, as well as interfere with real patients, so that's a no go.
"There's so many of them. How do we know which is the right one?" You ask, as you flip through the map.
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-b">"Pulsemon should have a clearer trail, right? It ought to be fresh."</span></span>
You nod at Ryan's Digivice gratefully, then slide your goggles on. Pulsemon's trail is evident: The air is buzing with light static and tiny tufts of neon fur. His tracks lead to the door at the far end of the hall, with no exit route. He might still be in there.
"Hololize."
"Hololize."
The two of you send out your partners, then slowly move towards the door. You check your surroundings for threats, then load yourselves into the partition.
