In the building, there are mainly the cultist you've drawn out, led by an head-shaven, scepter-wielding, darken eyed lady. The group in the kitchen and the sparse presence is mostly servants - most of which eyes have been gouged out, to feed the eyeball pyramid.
Other cultist are leaving the knight building - so two regiments of them. But the presence have not diminished, meaning the... Other thing... is in the upper steps of the building.
