It’s a thing that would make Magnus proud, its gleaming chitin and heroic profile sharply outlined against the Crucible’s scarlet skies as it strikes a heroic pose.
Behemoth just stands in stunned silence for a long moment, until finally the construct’s chest splits open to reveal a normal-sized Fuzzbuzz in the cockpit, serving as the pilot for the exosuit whose bio cost was…actually, you’re not entirely sure how they managed to make something so huge without completely exhausting themselves, now that you think about it. The land-bound giant leans down, the entirety of his head filling the windows of the Roost as inspects the little mech pilot with care.
“You MADE this LITTLE one…for ME?” He finally asks, voice rumbling through your home as he admires your family’s handiwork, the PilotBuzz striking a pose of his own to mirror his mech’s.
“Yep! Everyone worked together to make it for you!” Ziz adds excitedly. “I even contributed some of my biomass to help!”
Two of the titan’s legs shudder, cloven hooves shattering and reforming into humanoid hands that gently scoop up Battlebuzz from his perch, the imposing titan rendered rather innocent when he clutches the massive swarmling to his chest with all the enthusiasm of a giddy child.
“I…I will GUARD him with my LIFE.” Behemoth rumbles, his visible excitement barely contained by his sense of pride and propriety. “I will take GOOD care of HIM. The very BEST care, you HAVE my WORD.”
“I AM CERTAIN YOU SHALL.” Leviathan adds, the hint of a affection in their voice replaced with professionalism as the titan turns to you. “DEFIANT, I BELIEVE I SHALL BE TAKING MY LEAVE WITH THE HOPE FRAGMENT, IF YOU PLEASE.”
