-...I mean, how intrusive will these psychometric evaluations get? I am not sure my life has so many anecdotes to survive this retelling... I can only think of so many times I "worked in a team", or "overcame a difficult challenge" or "demonstrated integrity in the face of adversity..." I wish someone could just tell me the answers they are looking for... maybe it is all just an excuse, you know?Just to whittle down the numbers?
