>You spend 1 Will. Your Will is currently 0/10.
"I'll take care of her," you insist. Your mother doesn't protest. You have no doubt that she'd rather entrust her safety to her son rather than these men that she doesn't know. Murphy doesn't argue with your choice. Instead, he shapeshifts into a great wolf like the other two, ruining his uniform in the process. Though his fur is surprisingly well-groomed, it's a brindled mess of many colours, red and black and brown and grey all bleeding into each other.
You are the last one to transform, after you've shed your clothes and packed them away. Your bones deform and mottled fur sprouts all over your body as you become as big as a bear, only with the features of a wolf. Your senses aren't nearly as keen as they were in the form of a true wolf, but your body is far stronger. This is a shape that is perfect for travel and chasing down prey.
>Hispo is your dire form. It enhances your rolls concerning combat with a +20 modifier and your rolls concerning speed with a +30 modifier. While you are in this form, you rapidly heal outside of combat and you are particularly vulnerable to silver.
"This is goddamn crazy," you hear your mom mutter as she gingerly climbs on your back. You lie down to make it a little easier for her. She grabs handfuls of fur around the base of your neck and clings on for dear life as she straddles your spine. "Okay, I'm ready," she says once she's finally steel herself. Murphy takes the lead, bounding ahead with Sees-Forest-For-Trees and Jasper bounding after him. You chase after them, as best as you can.
It's not easy. Every couple of minutes, you can feel your mother's grip start to slip and you need to slow down so that she can stabilise herself. It doesn't help that this is your first time in this form and you don't know how to run properly. It's a learning process and a slow one at that. All too often, the other Garou have to stop for a little and wait for you to catch up, snarling impatiently all the while.
A lot of Pennsylvania is untamed woodland, but that doesn't mean that there aren't a lot of roads dividing it up. Every now and then you come across a stretch of asphalt that forces your pack to slow to a halt. Sees-Forest-For-Trees is the one who takes point in these instances and furtively looks in both directions for any sign of a human presence. Only once he's certain that there are no cars nearby does he deign to lead you across and allow Murphy to take the lead once more. Despite how different these werewolves are, they work well as a unit.
You come to a stop around midday. Long enough for the other Garou to hunt for lunch while your mom helps herself to some of the food that she had packed. In this form, it doesn't smell appetising at all. The deer carcass that Sees-Forest-For-Trees brings back smells a lot more appealing. He even shares some of his kill with you, but only after Murphy snarls at him.
