With Shotasniffer and Quattro reconciled, the Yellow forces finally integrated fully into the USSR, which means Rosa can now hangout without repercussions, everyone's happy.
Aside from the Blues, of course. Getting pulled into Quattro's bullshit time and time again. Soon it will be the Bone Kingdom's turn to rise. If not on earth, then among the stars!....But that's a story for another time.
The greens blamed everything on Marian to escape punishment and agreed to not have an ending slide.
All's well that ends well. I suppose. There are still a bunch of hanging plot threads and whatnot. Like how Quattro is still a Most Wanted Criminal by the Heroes Association. But that's for Skeleton Island 4: Insert Subtitle Here.
