Bad endings influenced by you could have been achieved if you had captured Thrall when he escaped and brought him back to Durnholde. They would have ranged from Taretha's cover for helping Thrall not having blown, but your actions would have ruined your relationship with her, especially after Thrall would have on purpose lost a gladiator fight and died.
There were also a pair of potential scenarios where her cover was blown and she would have lost her head rather quickly. She also wouldn't have had no issues revealing Blackmoore your and her visit to see Thrall in his cell after being found out, which as you can imagine wouldn’t be a great thing for your reputation. There was also the canon path for Blackmoore learning about Taretha helping Thrall to escape, if he had acquired the letters which in this quest were burned.
