>>5830328>>5830340>>5830373When your first episode you drop images of the original King Kong vs Godzilla to set the scene, you set a certain tone and expectation going forward. Best part is there's an in-universe reason all this pop culture is somehow in a DBZ world, but that all ties back into the whole greater lore of the quest existing in the first place.
>>5830386How to pitch it? That's a real question, I've never actually pitched my quest.
>>5830412Which is a shame, but everyone's tastes are different. I can't run a quest that pleases everyone, but I can run one I find fun enough to keep running week after week. Which is my advice to any QM or anyone considering becoming a QM. Run the quest you'd want to play, and you'll never want to flake out on it because you want to see where it goes. Developing some grand overarching narrative isn't something you have to do in the first few threads. Hell, SCQ is in the 200s in episode count and only now are my players realizing what's really going on. Why there are so many completely unrelated beings like Yautja and Xenomorphs in the same reality as DC comics and JJBA.
>>5830687It's not about how many players. Lots of votes and even entire weekends I've only had three players max. But as long as YOU are enjoying yourself, that's what matters.
>>5849886Not gonna lie, I'm terrible at writing rhyme schemes, but do hope this weekend's episode is the very last time I have to write this abomination.
