A centralized realm for the Acillians, who then go forth into the Galaxy. Some of their worlds may be far on the fringe of their territory, such as the Novamarine's world of Honourum in the Halo Stars, just like Xana is far from Lucius in the Halo Stars, but they are still part of a centralized structure.
If we achieve that, then I think we should consider establishing company recruitment on other forge worlds, offering local protection in exchange for a percentage of the nearby populace.
Bottom line is, keep a tight leash and strict security protocols. How else have so few Ultramarines fallen to Chaos?
I hope we'll also get a chance to try our hand at system and sector reorganization within the Federation too.
