Each Subsector will decide how many forces they are able to contribute. This will be one of the rare rolls, where more is better ;)
1. Governor himself joins the crusade on the front line (also roll again)
2-10: Symbolic or purely support force - bannermen, marching bands, cooks, medics, etc.
11-40: Single Brigade (200k)
41-80: Single Corps (1 million)
81-95: Single Field Army (5 million)
96+: Full Army Group (25 million)
1. Core Worlds: (apply a -10 modifer as some troops have already been committed)
2. Subsector Adamantis: (apply a -10 modifer as some troops have already been committed)
3. Subsector Cryptus (full roll)
4. Subsector Meridian: (Less likely to commit since they're fresh off the Triot Campaign: -20 modifier)
5. Subsector Tyranus (Most likely wouldn't pledge, always focused on the Grave, -75 modifier)
6. Subsectors Ionium, Aeternus and Dominus are unlikely since they have no major strongholds. (Single roll for all three, apply -30 modifier)
