>>5513326"O-oh...I...I see," Kannenpflanze visibly deflated upon hearing the news that his (formerly) personal vehicle had been knocked out. “Can it be recovered, at least?”
>>5513509"Aw, come on, don't be like that! Being stingy with drink is no good for the soul..." Leopold was set on whinging until he got what he wanted, but was startled by Yule's sudden appearance and quickly decided to stop making himself a nuisance. The Major's grave bearing and his mention of involved tasks that needed doing reminded Kannenpflanze that he was, in fact, still in a war. He said as much to his subordinate tank commanders, Lindner and Stoetten, who, thankfully, were still more or less sober. Entrusting them with procurement and installation of additional machineguns, as had been previously discussed, he rose from the table—with some help from Stoetten.
"Goals, you said, Freya?" He nodded towards the Recon officer as he tried to straighten out his uniform. "Easy, that. Kill bat-ears, collect the paycheck. Anything grander than that'll have to wait until we're taken off the line and given more than an evening to think about such things."
Pushing himself off the chair and grabbing firmer hold of Stoetten's shoulder, Kannenpflanze waved goodbye to all in assembly before making for the door.
"Ladies, gentlemen, it's been fun, it's been great, but His Lordship Leopold von Kannenpflanze zu Kiesgrubeplatz has other places that need to be graced by his noble personage. Farewell!"
>>5513225>Vehicle ModificationI want to mount pintle guns on every subunit, 13mm whenever possible.
Now it's time for the greed to kick in (no hard feelings if you shoot me down, tanq. I'm already plenty happy at getting pintles as is). I reached the point in the main quest where the T-15s are encountered and it's stated that they operate with six crewmen. I also notice that there's a second hatch on the turret (picrel). Six is one more than I expected and if the last man has a relatively non-vital assignment (say, a mechanic instead of something pretty vital like an assistant loader), how possible would it be to mount a second pintle for them to use when turned out (ignoring the fact that they'd probably be teabagging the loader)?
