Fortunately, you recognize the elf's dopey and docile demeanor as an effect of a rare - and modestly magical - species of mushroom called a sklavenpilz. As you recall, it is primarily harvested within the less dangerous sister dungeons of the Hollow Labyrinth by novice adventurers, and is refined into a mild marital aid for men and women who have difficulty relaxing and getting into "the mood". Prior to refinement and purification, it possesses a number of other active ingredients that mute its mild aphrodisiac effect and cause a light-headed sensation of broad-spectrum happiness, contentment, and agreeability.
Those latter effects are why a robust black market exists to traffic the mushroom to the deserts up north, where slavery remains a common practice. It's a given that the goblins here use the natural abundance of sklavenpilz in this room of the dungeon to keep captured adventurers obediently grabbing things from the top shelves and keeping their filthy goblin huts clean.
It takes roughly seventy two hours for the drug to naturally leave a person's system.
You'd rather not wait that long.
Unfortunately, you have not seen any of the catalogued antidotes to the effects of sklavenpilz growing in the cavern. There's a non-zero chance that you could refine something from the spores that saturate the air. From their taste, they're a remarkably complex magically active substance that can act as a painkiller, an anticongestant, a fever reducer, a carrier of positive energy for wound healing, a general antitoxin, and - to your mild annoyance - a potent aphrodisiac. All of those are side effects of how its parasitizes the host creature, however, so it would take a few months to isolate the beneficial effects in absence of its attempt to hook you into the mycelial hive mind.
"Magic it is then..." you say, somewhat disappointed in yourself for relying on a shortcut. "Brace yourself, miss, this will feel a bit... intense."
"Kay..." the elf lazily drawls, a dopey smile filling her face.
Laying her down upon the soft mycelium forest floor, you strip her of her white gown. Not of any prurient interest, but because the fabric would get in the way. Placing one hand on the physical location of her third eye chakra, your other hand finds her sacral chakra right below her naval. Usually, the heart chakra would be what you would use to purge toxins, but for all its side effects the sklavenpilz is a largely beneficial medicine. So to counteract its effects of relaxation and torpor, you will need to inject prana into the chakra that governs excitement and arousal.
Taking a deep breath, you push the prana through your hands and into her astral body. Her physical body tenses up, her gaze suddenly sharpens, her teeth bite into the mushroom you place in her mouth, her entire body flushes red, and... as you expected, she experiences a powerful and violent bodily discharge of orgone saturated fluids that spray out to a distance of nearly one meter.
