The Russian man screamed as he turned to face you, and multiple beams of energy shot out from his forehead in a continuous stream! Except, none of them ever came directly at you. Instead, they were sweeping the entire areas, slicing through train cars, rusted train tracks and just about everything that they came into contact with.
He didn’t seem to have any control over where they went, or how focused the beams were. If you didn’t stop him, then he might hit Rich!
