“Of course, my lord.” she says in her usual snarky tone as Champa starts walking away, floating lazily off the platform back towards where the Universe 6's transportation cube is parked. “Alright everyone, this way. Follow after Lord Champa to return back to the Sixth Universe.”
“Hey, Kars? You okay?” your daughter shouts, your focus shifting back to her. Only to see the Kai's fully collapsed face-down, unmoving. She seems worried for a moment, visibly relaxing after a second or two. The big red Kai, Kibito you think his name was, flies over. Picking up Kars in his arms, the other Kai flying over to him as well. You see the elderly Kai say something to your daughter, who raises her arms up flexing in response. To which the old man chuckles, then waves farewell as the Kai all vanish together. Leaving you all left with the God of Destruction, Beerus.
“This is too much stress for one day. I think I need a nap.” Beerus says, slumping forward after standing, arms hanging limply before him. “Let's go home Whis. Bring the Super Dragon Balls, we can look for that other one later.”
“Of course, Lord Beerus.” Whis says, turning and calling to you all. “All right everyone, please come this way. We are about to start the return journey home, make sure you've gathered all of your personal belongings.”
“What a day.” Karn says, trying to push himself upright. But he lacks the strength, exhaling in frustration. You rise, reaching down and grabbing him by the hands. “Thanks hun.”
“Of course. Let's go home.” you say, pulling him up to his feet then floating up, getting under his shoulder to support his tired frame. On his other side Towa rises, getting under his other arm. For an instant you feel that familiar, jealous rage rising up but push it down, instead thanking her with a nod. She nods back, the two of you helping your husband back to the cube. Where, after getting him seated inside you both sit against him, holding him as everyone else piles in. Unsurprisingly, both of your grandchildren fly over, sitting in his lap together. He smiles at them before he begins dozing off, leaning his head over on your own. Warming your heart, the grandchildren also falling asleep leaning against him, you can't help but smile. Leaning against him, you close your own eyes, letting yourself rest as well. It doesn't matter where you are, as long as you're with him. And now that your training to unlock Blue is over, you're going to be spending a lot more time home with him.
