This gun fires shurikens, and is also the Lightning gun from quake (I suppose it is the lightning gun and nail gun from quake 1, quake 2 combined). The secret third alt fire launched the entire nail / shuriken magazine as some sort of electric mine, nailed electrocution disc into the ground shocking enemies that approached it. Pretty wasteful in terms of ammunition but it was very satisfying.
