If you were getting this much info from your feet being in contact with the ground, then you'd surely have an easier time if all four of your limbs were touching the ground.
Feeling confident in your theory, you crouched down low and assumed a position as if you were about to scale a vertical surface. It made you look and feel ridiculous, but you also sensed an immediate change in the accuracy of your seismic sense.
You found that you were able to deduce Kazuya's exact distance from you, as well as his weight, height, and the rough shape of his body.
Despite all the punishment you put them through, your hands and feet were surprisingly sensitive to have picked up any of this.
“Alright. Maybe this isn't so stupid after all.” you muttered to yourself.
“Why's he got his ass in the air?” Flint asked loudly.
“I don't know, but I'm not complaining.” Felicia said with a purr.
“Will you two stop staring at the man's ass and watch the damn fight?” Prowler snapped.
You tried your best to ignore them, but it was a bit difficult when your body was picking up the vibrations that their conversation was generating.
So instead, you focused on the feeling of the concrete crunching under your fingers as you dug them into the ground. Like a tiger, your muscles grew taut as you became poised to strike. Then, in an instant, you were off like a shot, eliminating the distance between you and Kazuya in the blink of an eye.
“Damn, he moves fast!” Araña exclaimed. You'd barely noticed her approaching the others at all. She must’ve come over to see what all the fuss was about.
“He’d better hope Ryu doesn’t spam low-kicks, or he’s toast.” Ember said, standing apart from the others.
You ignored them all, working on propelling yourself across the ring as fast as possible. Kazuya went to kick you across the cheek, but you dove over his leg, skidded to a halt, and placed your limbs down one over the other until you were circling back around to his left.
He was already turning to catch you, his left foot positioning for a stomp. You easily slid out of the way, and-
At the last moment, his foot changed direction and hooked under your stomach. Before you knew it, he'd managed to lift you into the air the same way you’d done to the cartoon cow. And with your contact to the ground interrupted, your senses were muddled just long enough for Kazuya to pull you into yet another brutal air combo that ended in him slamming directly into your chest with a flying kick.
The attack flung you backward, directly into the path of Ryu, who sent you flying back in the direction of Kazuya with a spinning kick of his own.
Either he had changed his mind about getting involved in the fight, or you had gotten close enough where he felt the need to attack you directly.
