I decided to give us a naming convention. It was in the archaic language of the old humans. It served as a thing of their memory, for the Lost Continent was the land where Humans came from... and where my kind once lived alongside them...
After hours of discussing with the Department heads and Hale to make heads and tails of all these intricacies, we've decided on codes and standards for our troops, as well as individual roles they can assume in the spirit of the roles their respective teams performed. We even went over possibilities for implementing tech from Krina's expertise into their loadouts and the future implementation of psionically armed soldiers and further application of Ecclesiastics for ground operations that concerned the potential enemy in the Afterseas.
We were set up. Now all I had to do was leave the rest to Kurt Regis. He would take our personnel yet unorganized and begin teaching them, and from the teachers he raises, his ideal for our warfare department would get ingrained easier. He would teach us his way of tactics, and outfit the troops accordingly.
It would take some time. Hale suggested to hold off from launching Psyops operations outside of my work until after AGLA is faced. I agreed. I would wait until then when everyone is done working.
