I do not completely disagree with his stance... There is nothing wrong with wanting to nudge a lazy person to do better... But his method can be what is described sometimes as a "slippery slope". I am not entirely sure his curses are the best way to do it. While some of the more harmless things he can do such as "making them sick" or "taking out their media that influences their laziness" are not totally bad, only inconveniencing, his curses could cause tragedies, in the hopes they'd serve as a grim catalyst for someone's doing better. It was morally questionable. It was a Demigod's effect on reality. He was by far the strongest Demigod I've seen yet, as he could actually affect the world. He has a pull in Hainei.
I need to consider this. But first, I want to ask him something else.
>''And now for the true reason I have sought you so. I have come here to ask for your help in Redeeming Bedolfir's hatred of Mankind, and hopefully improve Mortals' relationship to Nature in the process. I was told that you were the only Mortal he ever favored, his only friend, and thought that you may be able to assist in this endeavor. To start with I have begun an investigation into Vymla's case to learn what truly happened to her."
When I gave Jenk that pitch, he was readily on board. He was eager to help, in whatever way he could. He himself doesn't know much about what happened to Vymla, but he has a little information that could be useful.
The thing is though, he wants to test me first and my willingness to work hard before he swears his assistance. He has the perfect test in mind, and we can begin when I want to. If I wanted to say anything to him about Redeeming his curses, I could now, or I could proceed to his test...
>What will I do?
