“That sounds fine to me.” she says, then her brows furrow. “I do need to take everyone home who're still on Planet Hoven, but I can do that after you're laid down.”
“Alright, we accept.” you say to the green man. “Lead the way.”
“I understand. Follow me.” he directs, turning and taking off into the air. You feel yourself lifting off as well, Meloka carrying you into the sky as your kids follow behind. You all follow him a short flight away, landing at a small, rural village with several large farms around it.
Seems these Namekians are sustenance farmers, a low tech civilization. But this doesn't really matter to you, all you need is a bed to sleep and recover in. The villagers all look surprised to see your group, then a rather wide one steps forward in front of his fellows and addresses the one who'd led you here, staff held in his left hand.
“Greetings, Defender Nail.” the man says, addressing his fellow before addressing you all. “I was following the battle from here, you all worked very hard today. Especially you, warrior.”
He then walks right over to you, bowing at the waist.
“Thank you for your efforts, for protecting our world from the energies released today.” the elder continues. “Had you not put yourself on the line like this, our world would have been destroyed. We are all in your debt.”
“Thanks. I'll call it in now, for a place to stay for the night.” you tell him with a tired smile, the older, wrinkled Namekian chuckling at this.
“Of course, of course. We have a few spare rooms for you all. Rest to your heart's content.” the man says, offering his right hand out to you. “My name is Elder Tsuno.”
“Karn.” you reply, shakily lifting your arm up to his. He catches your hand, you barely squeezing as his eyes widen then wince. But he doesn't let go until you do, letting your arm drop back to your side.
“Even this tired, your strength is still quite impressive.” he notes, then turns to one of the others. “Go prepare several rooms for our guests.”
“Yes Elder Tsuno.” one of the smaller villagers answers with a childlike voice, running off towards the dome-like buildings.
“We will have a meal prepared for you all in several hours, once you've rested up.” Elder Tsuno continues, then to Nail. “Will you be joining us as well?”
“No, I must return to the Grand Elder.” you hear him replying, but your vision starts darkening and tunneling out. The voices quickly turn into a droning, almost hum-like ring, then everything goes black as unconsciousness finally reclaims you.
