So first of all, this just just a bunch of guidelines and templates, not set-in-stone rules. The "Attacks" are there just to provide you the idea of what you're going up against and templates for writing. I tried to make Difficulty Checks (or modifiers, whatever you call them) reasonable (some are supposed to be more hard than others), but they can be adjusted like everything else, of course.
Secondly, no animals were or will be harmed in the making or playing this.
Lastly, this. This doesn't follow the PDF, just so I could let my autism run free:
>Location
Any City (You) pick
>Name
Cat Control
>Threat Level
Demon a threat to city's functionality
>Power
It can levitate all cats in a 5-mile radius and move them around as it wills. Also use them as a shield, or manipulators.
>Background
In the morning, something large emerged from the clouds, seemingly unnoticed by any of the citizens, or heroes rushing to do their daily tasks. What didn't go unnoticed was the fact, that all the cats in the city have gotten much lighter, jumped farther and soon... they started floating.
An hour in, when the Hero Association caught the wind of the situation, the felines were already being pulled into the sky, some forming a monolithic pillar of fur and some orbiting what looked like a huge purple jewel in the sky.
After careful observation and determining the cat movement patterns around the entity have stablized, Association started assembling a team of lower-class heroes to investigate the situation further and defuse the situation from up above, if possible.
This is more like an event, than a monster. MCs will be dropped from helicopter on the cat pillar, causing further activity (cats starting to float in air at random) to happen and forcing the helicopter to fall back, as not to hit any cats. The only danger here is being hit with airborne felines and falling (rolling?) off a mountain made of cat. The goal is to get to, and break the crystal, which is tightly-surrounded by cats and actively tries to smack you away with said cats. Can't use ranged attacks, cause cats. The crystal is frail by itself, but it will literally have like 2 layers of meowing cats to peel before you can strike it.
>Attacks
SHUFFLE - the meowing floor is shifting under your feet! Fall on the ground to safely stay in place(free) or try to keep your balance(DC+10).
FURBALL - a single cat sailing your way with its claws aimed right at your head! Dodge(DC)/block it(DC+0) or suffer and get your face all scratched up(DC+10).
WALL OF PURR - around 50 cats forming a nearly perfect flat surface meant to push you away or around. Dodge and get slowed down(DC), jump over and push forward!(DC+20), or just take them on your chest(DC+20) if you believe you can tank this much cat.
Balancing/dodging/jumping are a dexterity check. Blocking is melee combat check. Getting scratched up and tanking cat wall is body/toughness/resilience check.
