She seems to struggle a little to understand the question, her exhaustion is not helping the language barrier, but after a couple of tries, you start to make sense of what she's saying.
She points towards the parcel and keeps repeating the words “Icniuhtzin” and “Friend” as if they were inside. You figure she wasn’t calling you friend to butter you up, either what you got on your hands was the property of a friend of hers or the contents is the “Friend”, the parcel is large enough to fit a Poké ball after all.
You sigh. A bit frustrated. There’s no real reason to help her. There’s no clear benefit of doing so and you’ll just be losing out on a pretty important amount of cash, you’ll paint a bright target on your back, and you aren’t even sure that mangy mutt would come to your aid if it came down to a brawl. You are first and foremost, there’s no reason to put your ass on the line for someone you’ve just met.
In this world, everyone must claw their way through with their own two hands.
She must solve this herself.
[ANON]: I can’t give you this thing. If I don’t deliver it, they’ll come to hurt me.
[ANON]: If you want it so bad, do something about it. Get someone else to help you, it’s not my job.
[ANON]: I’ll leave this at the “Old-rod” over Trapinch Street. Hope you know your way around town. Just let me get out of this mess before you do something about it.
It took her a moment, but she managed to catch her breath. She looks at you for a moment, confused, you are afraid she didn’t understand until the girl responds.
[Scowling girl]: “Tlazocamati”. Thank you.
She bows her head politely and thanks you before leaving. You hope you were able to make yourself clear.
