You are very satisfied that you have provoked a response from this turboautist. But you are suddenly seized with a panic realisation... you sent that message before checking the privacy settings... frantically you swipe through the phone menus attempting to hide traces of any incriminating information. You have a feeling that you will still be detectable. The menus and toggle buttons just provide an illusion of security, privacy and control. But any attempt at gathering telemetry on your behaviour and identity may be slowed or delayed slightly. A single action is unlikely to provoke an immediate response, but over time a psychological profile based upon selectors and accumulated metadata will form, and after a certain threshold is crossed...
You force yourself not to think about this, to succumb to paranoia and worry. You have to be careful how you use this phone. That is all you can do.
