Witnessing the blood of murder of his fellow man, even those he hated, gave Lucian a burning heart of anger and rage as he witnessed it. The burning of Grimnir’s fire seared his flesh as he advanced forward with the scythe bear in his hand. He shouted at the top of his lungs as he advanced towards her with an anger that was threatening to cloud his entire mind, “IN MORR’S NAME, IT IS TIME TO DIE VAMPIRE SCUM!”
She looked towards Lucian with a grin upon her face, welcoming the assault with full glee. Lucian made a quick slice towards her neck, the vampire weaving her blade through the air in such a way that it diverted the blade towards in the air so that she could get that good slice into Lucian.
The Knight saw the attack coming and welcomed it, seeing the blade slam across his armor as the Vampire realized that he wore the armor of Dwarfs. Even an enchanted weapon, which he for sure expected her to wield, would not so easily pierce the armor of a Runesmith’s creation.
“Two years!” He shouted as he swung the weapon around and this time tried to reach for her unarmored arm, “You took everything from me! You killed everyone!”
Lucian watched that inhuman blur of man’s form flow towards his weapon, shuttering it towards one side as to get another strike. Yet as the weapon appeared to be seeking the non-existent exposure in his armor to slice into and sever the Knight was already upon her. She was forced to strike a failure on his armor as he came with another strike that aimed for her legs.
She diverted this strike into the nearby staircase, shattering the nearby staircase into a thousand pieces.
Each and every strike Lucian was redirected but the Knight was keeping up. Sometimes she would get one or two strikes in yet the Knight was still standing. She had not time to kill him in the constant onslaught that he was projecting towards her.
All around them pieces of the ship were shattering from his weapon. Once a pair of doors were shattered while another had the railings and wall kicked out. One of the masts had themselves shattering, falling over taking undead and man alive towards their graves in the open seas.
One of these moments though Lucian felt a sickening strike. A tear into his shoulder that caused the vampire to laugh in enjoyment as she had worked at a part of Lucian’s armor. The inhuman strength of the Vampire being just enough for her to not only mend the armor, but worm her blade into his shoulder.
Lucian gave a yell of anger as he backed away from her for the moment.
